It completely depends on the contract you have with ServiceNow!!

For Example you can get 5 custom tables along with a ITSM product, likewise for each product you get a specific number of custom tables entitlement.

You need to talk to your ServiceNow account Representative and ask your subscription and contract.

Each product ITSM, HR, CSM comes with a set maximum number of tables. App Engine on the other hand does not have any limit on the number of tables as the goal of App Engine is to create custom applications. So using App Engine, you can have 200 custom tables and each table can not have more than 50 columns
