After installing the walk-up experience plugin we can see oob record producer ''Walk-up Appointment Booking" for the wu_appointment table, What is the use of this?
*We are creating a unique record producer for each walk-up location.
*Can anyone explain the need for an OOB record producer? In that portal, end users are confused between an OOB record producer and another custom record producer for table wu_appointment.
*Marked in red is oob record producer
*Marked in yellow is custom record producer for table wu_appointment.
@Vishal Birajdar Yes I agree with you appointments are specific to each location.
My doubt here is what is the intention to have OOB "walk-up appointment booking" record producer
as it is not editable and showing in the esc portal, it is confusing.
The OOTB record procuder come as a part of plugin - walkup experience.
You can limit the visiblity of the OOTB record producer but creating a user critera or setting roles on who can see it. Based on user location you can set the visiblity rather showing all in portal.
