what roles does it require for access to assignment group members to see service catalogue requests?

Is that enough itil role?

ITIL role must be enough to view the request rasied. and to work upon the request you would need ITIL Admin.

@Srinivasu2 It you do not wish to give ITIL role to your assignment group then at least sn_request_read role would be needed to provide read access/see requests on the Request (sc_request) table.

Hi @Srinivasu2 ,

OOTB sn_request_read, sn_request_approver_read, approvers, itil, catalog, sn_request_write role has read access to sc_request, sc_req_item, sc_task table.

If the ACL are modified, you might want to check the ACLs to know exactly who has read, write, create or delete access.
