what is the plugin required to install ESRI Arcgis in service now.

Is there any other procedure to integrate service now with ESRI Arcgis.

I have to track the incidents based on the location using Arcgis.

Hi @Sai Ashish ,

There is no Plugin or spoke available OOTB , i guess.

You will need to do the integration using the below steps:

• Create an ArcGIS Online account and obtain an ArcGIS API key

• Configure the ArcGIS Integration application in ServiceNow

• Create an ArcGIS integration record in ServiceNow

• Configure the ArcGIS integration record

• Create a data source to import data from ArcGIS

• Create a map in ServiceNow to visualize the data from ArcGIS
