I doubt SN provide any workspace for Knowledge as of now.

 

We have OOTB Knowledge management

If you are referring to Service Operation Workspace

 

 

 

Then install Service Operation Workspace plugin.

I don't think we have workspace for knowledge.

Servicenow doesn't offer separate plugin Soley to install knowledge workspace.

 

If i understood correctly, you are talking about Service Operations Workspace and in that Agent Assist for some reason can't find any knowledge articles?
