yesterday
Flow Designer comes with a column called "Version".
I'm trying to find documentation on it, but haven't been able to.
What's the purpose of it?
How does it work?
When does it change version number?

Hi @AndresGT1,
the Version field is to have the chance to track different versions if you modify if. It helps you to easily compare between environments and/or for documentation purposes...
For more detailed explanation, check this:
How to revert a Flow / Sub Flow to a previous version | Flow Designer | ServiceNow
And let me know if that answeredyour question or if you want to discuss in details

I agree with what @GlideFather mentioned.

Hi @AndresGT1
Versioning in Flow ensures that whenever any change is made, a copy is created and saved. The same logic applies to Knowledge as well.
This feature was introduced by ServiceNow in one of the recent releases (around one or two versions back) to allow reverting a flow to a previous version. The field is used to support this functionality — instead of creating a new flow from scratch, you can now easily revert to an earlier version.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
