Hi @Akash Kadam ,

MID Server capabilities define the specific functions of a MID Server within an IP address range.

For eg. if you had given a mid server that has the capability of only powershell and then the Mid Server would only be able to perform powershell operations within the defined IP ranges of the Mid Server.

 

Mid Server Application is something like to categorise the use of Mid Server in ServiceNow. 

eg. if we had given the application as Discovery and ServiceMapping and then these Mid Servers will be only used for Discovery and Service Mapping. These Mid Server will not be used in Event Management.
