what is the use of contracts and entitlements in Accounts table in CSM ?

My video will clear your questions on CSM. In this video all the terms has been discussed.

 

Contract: It is a agreement between2 companies / customer ( B2B /B2C) that this much we provide service, this will cost per case and much more.

 

Entitlement: Who is eligible for which service. Best example, in a company a fresher insurance is 3L, but a manager insurance is 7 Lacs, direction is 15 lacs, these designation help in entitlement.
