What roles have access to the rm_enhancement table (Agile Development)?

I am finding users that do not have any SCRUM roles, that can see Agile Development (Enhancements).

So i need to ask, what other roles (then SCRUM/Admin) have access to the rm_enhancement table (Agile Development)?

Following roles can read data from rm_enhancement table.

rm_enhancement_admin

rm_enhancement_user

feature_user

scrum_admin

scrum_user

You can find this from READ ACL on rm_enhancement table on your instance.

It seams that feature_user role, is used/contented by tm_tester.

So is feature_user/tm_tester only used by Test Management/SCRUM or down the line from ITIL?

That's correct. The tm_tester role contains feature_user role.
