We have a legacy custom application design more than a decade back. It was under the Global scope itself. We would like to decommission the custom application now.
I am using System Applications > My Company Applications > Select the Custom Application > Delete button.
But it gives me the following error.
Do I need to delete each and every Form/Table/Scripts/Notifications, etc. present in this application from Studio, before trying this : System Applications > My Company Applications > Select the Custom Application > Delete button

Hi @DaisyB057891995 ,
as per docs when you delete an application
all the associated application files will also be deleted
there is something wrong with images in the community try attaching the image to your post instead of pasting it in the body
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.
Regards,
Chaitanya

it is recommended to deactivate rather then delete. It is applicable pretty much for everything in ServiceNow.
Unless it is really necessary, deactivate and/or archive. There can be some (hidden) dependencies.
