What script or flow creates approvals for change requests?

When using change models, if you set up a Change Approval Definition, and select for the Approval action "Add group approval", what flow, action, workflow activity, script include or other is creating those approval records?

Hi @Stefan_Garcia ,

The approvals are generated from flows:

[Stefan_Garcia]

But in those flows, there's only the "Apply Change Approval Policy" action, which matches up the policy and the definition. I want to modify the behavior of the creation of the sysapproval_approver records.
