The blow screenshot is from ritm. Please let me know what type of log is this and how to perform a search for specific text in the log.  Thanks

The information you provided was very helpfully.  I did not know there is a table call " sys_journal_field" where it storage comments and work notes. Thank you.

it shows a file is attached by system on the record.

did you check which script is doing that?
