Create Issue from Smart Assessment Engine using Automation tab

I want to create an Issue when my answer is no in Smart Assessment Engine using Automation tab. When I select the Automation tab in Action Type dropdown it shows me empty.

It seems you are getting the issue because no Subflows have been properly defined and associated with the template category. Validate your steps as per following article.
