what will happen if we inactive sharedservice.worker , System admin?

 

as part of ITIL License we suppose to inactivate these two accounts, is that recommended ?

sharedservice.worker profile is required if you want to enable predictive intelligence solutions. 

 

Coming to the system admin user, if you have any other user with admin and sec admin roles and can login to instance locally, it’s ok to deactivate the system admin account. Please make sure if any schedules or jobs running with system admin account, they needs to be updated as well.
