What would prevent a demand from being pulled into a Portfolio Planning Workspace?

Good Morning forum!
I have created a portfolio plan that pulls in projects and demands
I have a specific demand that should hit on 3 of those criteria (clearly i'm getting desperate with the number one) but the demand does not show on the Prioritization list. I have spent hours looking at the demand's metadata for anything 'off'. Something must be preventing that particular demand from being eligible for a portofolio plan, does anyone have experience with this?

I'll answer myself.
That demand, at some point was flagged as being converted to a project and the secondary table that connects demands with the workspace carried that flag.
It then appears that the demand was allowed to backtrack at some point in its process.
The result is that demand was flagged as converted, and the workspace does not allow those through because better practice would be to use the project/enhancement/defect that it was converted to for planning and not the originating demand.
I don't know yet if this is fixable (I'm just a user and don't have admin or dev rights) but I'm hoping the flag can just be reset
