Hello,
Is it possible to integrate ServiceNow with WhatsApp? if Yes could you please advise how to achieve that as we need the way to integrate to create incident as well as we need to know how we can integrate to retrieve ticket details such as status.

Hello asifnoor,
Thanks for your support, as per you knowledge can we caret ticket from Whatsaap once user send message to specific whatsapp number.
And can we query for ticket status if we send message like Status: $Incident Number$ to specific whatsapp number.

Hello Ali,
As i have mentioned above, its a one way integration. In the SN instance, you can create a incident or you can check the status and then you can send the same info to whatsapp. But you cannot fetch the status of the incident based on the incoming message from whatsapp.

now it can be, but i think you need whatsapp for business API instead of regular whatsapp.
this provides flexibility to usage of API.
