We have received a requirement to integrate Microsoft Azure with ServiceNow using Cloud Discovery. The objective is to discover Foundry resources into ServiceNow.
As part of our analysis, we understand that Foundry is an AI platform in Azure and is not discoverable through ServiceNow Cloud Discovery.
To address this, we explored AI-specific plugins available in ServiceNow, including:
AI Service Graph Connector for Microsoft – to connect with Azure and fetch AI-related data
AI Discovery – to identify and classify AI entities (such as agents, models, tools, prompts) and establish relationships
AI Control Tower – to store and manage AI-related data within ServiceNow
We reviewed some documentation from the ServiceNow Store and other sources, and these plugins seem suitable for handling AI-related data.
However, we would like to confirm:
Whether these plugins are the correct and recommended approach for discovering Foundry resources into ServiceNow.
Please let us know if anything else is required or if there is a better approach we should follow.
Could you please review and share your guidance?
