Hi community ,
There is OOTB functionality which is that when any one for the approver rejects the change the state of the rest of the approvers go back to no longer required is there a way such that all the approvers have to make their own decision and is it good to change that functionality or it be as it is?

Hi,
You can implement this in Change Approval Policy, in that you can go the Decisions and in Decisions you can update the Change Approval Definition in Answer Column, update the wait for to All Users

Only when if in approval policy definition you mentioned more than 1 response required
else there is NO way to wait for other approvers to make own choice. Bcz it is system and it be 0 or 1 not in between.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
