Hey Developers,
When clicking on the hamburger menu, the list includes "Create Outage". This should be hidden from the form.
I know this can be done from UI action but when searched I did not found INC tabe. I found task table mentioned twice.
There is something called Dictionary override but not sure how to use it.
Request you to please suggest the steps & solution here.
Only 1 Task table UI action is checked for Context menu.
I believe this is the one but I just wanna hide it for INC table.
Should i just take off this part?
Hello Naveen,
There is a condition in UI action present on Task table. You may need to remove this condition as per best practice. You may copy and create new UI action and make the changes and disable the OOB one.
