when i click notification link, why show 'Request not found'

it is OOTB Notification 'Request completed'.

When I click the 'View request' Button, 'Request not found' comes out

Is this the normal? or shoud i see Request Summary?

Hi BoHyun,

No , its not normal behavior , it suppose to show request after clicking o View request button.

• Most probably this request is not there on instance (may be deleted)
• you can create new request and triggered notification again click on view request button, and let me know if ur getting this error again.

this request has not been deleted.

your going to have to open up the notification and check the under lying code of the button to see whats going on

Another developer modified the mail script. (About_The_Request_Req_Survey_Req_Completed)
