When creating or updating a module in Utah version in Studio, it takes hours to appear in the All menu. The All menu is not updated/refreshed. I tried:
- Ctrl+F5
- Logout and log in
- cache.do -> Clear cache
Nothing helped.
I have the issue on my personal dev instance and my colleague has this issue on our development instance.

Reply from HI support (shortened) and my observations and reaction:
- This issue has been documented in PRB1679939
- The fix will be released in Washington version
- There are two workarounds
- The first one works for me
- I recommended them to backport the fix also to Vancouver and Utah if possible
The workarounds:
- In your browser, if using Google Chrome, click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the window (three dots), go to More Tools > Developer Tools, open the `Application` tab, then clicking on `local storage` and clearing everything in local storage. - Works for me
- Create a new system property called "glide.ui.next_experience.allow_manual_menu_refresh" with a True / False type and set the value to True. This will create a "refresh" icon in the filter navigator. - Doesn't work for me (the button doesn't appear. I set the value to "true", not "True")

Has ServiceNow Support responded to your request for a backport fix?
I believe I am experiencing the same issue. However, neither workaround is having an effect. 😞

I asked my colleague who is in charge of communicating issues to SN (who btw. did great work on continuously poking SN support till they finally fixed it), but didn't get the reply and it wasn't a priority for me as the workaround worked for us. If you can't wait till Q2 2024 (Washington release), please submit a HI ticket to request backport of the fix of PRB1679939 to Vancouver. Ideally if your ticket will be assigned to Richard Zheng who work on it with us.
