When searing for a ticket it shows 'No Title'

when searching for a ticket it shows 'No Title', I would like it show the short description of the ticket:

How can I go about doing that?

Can you try to add shot description on all those records in enhancement table from native view  of table and try ?

Yes , can you please share the page where No title is coming up ? the above screenshot is too small i want to know where you are viewing it .Is it on portal ?

This is an known issue, which can be fixed by below article by SN support:

Description

Search results through Global Search are showing the results as "No Title" instead of the record's short description.

Cause

The blue bolded text in your search results is called the Title element.

The system uses the first string field that is not the Number field as the Title element. If you have a string field added to your list layout that has empty values, the "No Title" text will display in search results.

Global Search Shows "No Title" in the Search Results
