When sharing a dashboard with a user, how can I add fields from sys_user table besides the name

Hi,

When I share a dashboard with a user, it shows me list of users according to the 'Name' field. I have a custom field called 'hierarchy' on the sys_user table and I want that this field will be displayed next to the 'Name' field when searching for a user for sharing a dashboard. How can see more fields besides the name field?

Hi Alon,

You see names as it is the Display value for the table. I doubt we can change it hierarchy. We can change the display value though but that will not give you desired results.

@Jaspal Singh is there any way to show couple of fields? for example: name, location, number?

According to my knowledge, this is not possible to change.
