Hi @Srinivasu2
As per best practice, The plan start dates / end must be filled before change move to Access / approval state.

Hi @Srinivasu2
As Atul mentioned, planned start and end must be provided before change request moves to access state.
Thanks,
Chaitra

HI @Srinivasu2 ,
I trust you are doing great.
set the "Planned Start Date" and "Planned End Date" for a change request before it reaches the 'Authorize' state. Initially, estimate these dates during the 'New' or 'Assess' state, and confirm them before authorization. Adjustments post-authorization should be minimal and communicated clearly to stakeholders. Accurate planning of these dates is crucial for successful change management.

Hi @Srinivasu2 ,
The planned start date and planned end date should be set when the change request is in new. The reason for this is, that dates are planned where after it will be authorized and approved. Later on actual implementation you will have the actual start and actual end to compare according to planned schedule.
