How to delete multiple records through flow designer ?

Ankita Kolhe

Hi Community,

I have two variables in catalog item:-

Group( choice type)

Users(referring to sys_user & type is list collection)

So for example, if user selects group 'A' then it's all respective members auto populates to users field.

I want to delete these users using flow designer.

I have tried with Delete Multiple Records action but don't know how to configure it.

Could anyone please help me on this?

Thanks,

Ankita

Hi @Ankita Kolhe

Firstly, I do not understand why you want to delete the users (ServiceNow recommends not to delete records). If you want to delete the group membership 'sys_user_grmember', then it makes sense. Below is how you can configure delete records action - Change the table name according to your requirement.

Hi @Chaitra Geetha  ,

Thanks for your response.

Sorry ,typo mistake. I want to delete records from 'sys_user_grmember' only.

I'm not able to find Delete Records action in flow designer.

Hi @Ankita Kolhe

May be I am wrong,  but delete word is right term here. It should be remove users from group.
