When using reply/reply all &forward button from activity stream, how to change the 'Reply to' value

When using reply/reply all & forward feature from activity stream, how to change the Reply to value from IT Service Desk to People Connect.
I have a requirement in HRSD where I have to make the email reply go to People Connect instead of IT service desk, This should be only done for an HR Case through activity logs and not for ITSM or other module.
Can somebody suggest /advice how to achieve this ?

where is this picture taken from?
Is it HR Case or what is it? Seems to be a template but I need more details to tell you better

@GlideFather - yes it is an HR Case, it appears when we click on Reply or Reply All or Forward button from activity log emails.

I do not activated that module 😞
Try to see whether it is an UI Action (search for the corresponding table) with the name matching the button name. Or UI Macro, Templates...
