When using reply/reply all &forward button from activity stream, how to change the 'Reply to' value

When using reply/reply all & forward feature from activity stream, how to change the Reply to value from IT Service Desk to People Connect.

 

I have a requirement in HRSD where I have to make the email reply go to People Connect instead of IT service desk, This should be only done for an HR Case through activity logs and not for ITSM or other module.

Can somebody suggest /advice how to achieve this ?

@GlideFather  -   i think thats just for the buttons Reply /Reply All /Forward.

I need to change the 'Reply to' value from 'IT Service Desk' to 'People Connect' when a user uses these buttons to send replies.

there should be an email client template for HR case table.

Search that and change the Reply to field and it will reflect only for your table

If that field is not on form then from list set it.

@Ankur Bawiskar - It was already configured in the system, but not working when clicking on Reply buttons, it shows IT Service Desk only in 'Reply to'
