Hi,
When we choosing any of the record in configuration item field in outage form it will reflected to same record in Configuration item field, Affected CIs and Impacted Services/CIs related list in major incident from.
Can you please how to do this in business rule.

@mania OOB first you need to select "Services" and "configuration item" on the incident form. This will populate configuration item in "Affected CI" related list and service in "Impacted Services" related list in incident form. Then you can click "Create outage" button to create outage on that particular configuration item selected in incident.
