I have a SN instance in Calgary and I am moving information, etc. to a Eureka instance. I found the 'images' stored in Calgary (especially the company/department specific one I need), but where are the icons? And also, how would I export-import the 'images'/icons? My only choices for export seem to be PDF or XML. Any help would be most appreciated!

Miriam:
Thanks for the reply. I was trying to import an xml with the regular import. I also tried importing a PDF of the image but neither worked. I did not have the Import XML option until I logged in as admin and elevated my privilege to security_admin. Once I had this option, I was able to bring the image in using the 'Import XML' you suggested. Thanks so much!

Hi Don,
I'm not certain where the logos are stored but exporting the images from a list view to XML and then importing them to your new instance in XML should work fine.
You may need to give yourself elevated privileges before you are able to see the option for importing via XML though.

Mohammed - thanks for the reply. I do have elevated privilege on both instances and I can export the image from Content Management --> Design --> Images as XML. When I try to import it though I get the error message "An error has occurred. The import has failed." If I export the image as a PDF, I get the same error message when I import. It does show me a 'Preview' but the preview is blank. Any additional suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Don,
Are you using "import xml" or the regular import?
I ran into trouble once when accidentally using the regular import when importing xml.
