We created categories for the HR catalog and translated them in 3 languages. When we move the categories to another instance with the update sets, the translations are left behind. Where are they stored, why are they not moved?
OK, the good news is if you mass export the sys_translated_text records via XML you can safely load them into your upper instances without causing duplicates. If the record was created via update set it will get overwritten with the XML import and keep the same SysID. Those that don't exist will get inserted.
