Where can I edit the case creation page in agent workspace UI builder?

I need to edit these fields and I can't find where I can do this. I have checked all over UI builder without any luck. I need to add 3 more fields to this UI page.

Need to change case creation page in agent workspace UI builder?

When I Click "New" Button in agent workspace for HR case Management  it has to display below HR Form. I couldn't find where I need to configure this. I have tried in UX form actions but didn't work.

Seems like thats a view you're displaying. Configure the form layout, but change the view to "workspace UIB"

In the HR agent workspace we would like to remove the 2 steps creation as in Agent workspace for hr case management where when we open a new case we only have one single form.
