Where can I find out if the property "glide.ui.doctype" has been enabled?

I am trying to create a report using multiple tables, and the doc I found says this must be set. I did not find anything under Reports > Administration > Properties. I also did not find the "Show report structure icon" that the directions referred to. The instructions I found were "Add an additional dataset to a report - Report Designer". I want to create a report with type - List, but it looks like that is not possible, so I'm trying to figure out how I can get this report.

As an admin, you can see the entire list of system properties in the 'sys_properties' table.  You can simply type 'sys_properties.list' and hit enter in the left nav search.

Enter sys_properties.LIST in your application navigator and search over there
