Where can I find "Create Knowledge" menu option in workspace?

Hello,

I am trying to find the "Create Knowledge" menu option on the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace. I thought this would be a UI Action, so I disabled all "Create Knowledge" UI Actions, but it remained. I disabled the "Compose Email" and "Report Knowledge Gap" UI Actions, and they disappeared. Like the other menu items, I thought it would have been a UI Action. Is there another location for the "Create Knowledge" menu item?

I found it on the action assignment table (sys_declarative_action_assignment).
