I'm currently using the tokyo version of Snow.
Where does the value that is automatically entered in the DueDate field of the request record (sc_request) come from by default?
where is the setting for it?
In my instance, the "DueDate" appears to be set to 14 hours after "Opened".
Where is this setting located?

Hi @ayano ,
It's default configured in workflow properties under schedule tab, you can configure this for individual catalog item here
open any workflow and then click on properties icon or click on hamburger icon.
or click on hamburger icon.
