Where is AI Search's normalization defined in the ServiceNow instance?

I would like to understand where the normalization features of AI Search are configured within the ServiceNow instance.

Specifically, I'm interested in knowing how and where AI Search applies text normalization (such as handling half-width and full-width characters, removing accents, or lemmatization) during indexing and search.

Could you please point me to the settings or configuration areas in the ServiceNow instance where this is defined?
