Where is the Incident Management Workflow located?

Hi All,

I am looking to create a workflow for Incident Management, however I can't find the Incident Management Workflow under the Workflow menu? Please help me locate this... Also once I have build out the workfow, please help me locate the place to reference it on the form.

You don't need to define any properties. By default, incident will work with workflows as it is extended from task. All task based tables handle workflows transparently OOB.

Just go to Workflows> Workflow Editor, and create a new workflow on the incident table.

There is no workflow on incident management out of box. It is driven using UI actions and business rules.

@Chuck Tomasi is there any ServiceNow documentation on how all of the OOB components are supposed to work together? Unlike paradise623, I don't need to write an incident workflow, but I've been asked to simplify the incident resolution process by removing some steps and changing some required or conditionally required fields to optional ones. When I search for incident, I see 46 business rules, 29 UI actions, 14 client scripts, 8 UI policies, and 29 system properties. I can narrow my search somewhat but the research part of this project will probably far outweigh the time spent implementing it. Ow.
