Where is the property for inbound emails to ignore emails with subjects like undeliverable, OOO, etc

I am looking at https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/quot-out-of-office-quot-emails-are-being-gettin...which shows a screenshot of the below but I don't see the "ignore email when subject starts" in my email properties page that looks like this.


I know this thread is over 5 years old now so maybe it moved somewhere? Where do I see this setting in my instance?
