Where to get help when PDI is offline?

My PDI has gone offline. I cannot wake up or refresh the instance. I clicked on the link on UI that may go to support site, but it prompted me for ServiceNow ID which I don't recall I set one up. But I am not a new user. I am stuck. Where can I get help to get the PDI back online?

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

 

Backup and restore you PDI data using GITHUB

 

FYI, earlier Backup and restore feature was available for PDI's which is disccontinued since 15 DEC 2022

However, there is a way to Backup your PDI Data using GITHUB

My PDI also went offline, I wonder if there is an outage with PDI currently?

  1. There is no support available for PDI.

There is unplanned outage. but nothing official. Since morning 4-5 post i saw on community PDi is down.
