You can just   type https://<instance_id>.service-now.com/sp_config then you can find widget editor.

Hello Chennakesava,

You need to first install the Service Portal Plugin.

Once done, portal can be accessed at yourdev.service-now.com/sp.

Here you can press and hold your CTRL and right click it shows up a menu link this, select Widget in editor from here.

When in ServiceNow (logged in as Administrator), search for portal:

Click Service Portal Configuration

Click Widget Editor

To select a widget, type its name in the Edit an existing widget box. Click Create a new widget to create your own.
