Overdue tickets on dashboard metric should not include the outbound tickets and tickets in Awaiting Response(unless the due date had elapsed before moving to awaiting response

In my dashboard there is overdue tickets in that I want the above configuration

Hi @mahesh_03 ,

 

Please share some more insight to your requirement. Which type of tickets are you referring to? How is it marked as "outbound"?. The state "awaiting response" is this an OOTB state or a custom state? Where is the due date stated?

I want to exclude outbound tickets depends on communication direction field and Awaiting response tickets depends on state field OOTB  in a form due date is stated as field
