Hello all,
If you have used Scrum and SAFe, please let me know which one to use when?
What are the criteria's to consider whether I need to use Scrum or SAFe in ServiceNow projects? Please share relevant examples for understanding.

Hi @Suggy
I recommend starting with Scrum because it's more lightweight and doesn't require a full team setup like SAFe does. In SAFe, you typically need a complete structure, including roles like RTE, which may not be feasible early on. Also, it depends on whether your organization is following all the required roles and whether the team members are familiar with SAFe. Without that foundation, it's better to begin with Scrum and scale up later.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG Assume you have the full capacity, you have all the roles defined etc, you have everything.
There are no constraints on anything.
In such case, I need to understand which one to pick? Scrum or SAFe?
I am basically looking to understand - under which scenario one would choose Scrum or SAFe? What are the criteria to pick one.
