Can be a graphical representation of data.
Can be run on demand by authorized users.
This 2 statments are correct. A is not correct because The people with whom you share the report must have rights to view the report data.
3rd one is also wrong because Reporting functionality is available by default for all tables, except for system tables. But if user are restricted by Access Control, they are not able to create reports

1. is not correct because someone could share a report for a table that is not accessible by the user with which the report is shared.

Hi Chitra,
Statement 3 is clearly wrong because tables without ACL permission can not be used by the user to generate report.
The question should be with "s" because multiple statements are true.
