Which role is required to delete the publication records otherthan admin?

Hi Team, 

I need to give delete permission to Publication records to a particular User.

i don't want o give a user admin role.

Is there any other role, which can give the access to delete the Publication records?

I acheived it via Custom role creation and assign the new role to user and then Create a new ACL to give the delete access by usining the new role in ACL.
