Can we make the Service Portal public so that anyone (without logging in) can submit a catalog request? The idea is to collect the requester’s name and email directly on the catalog item form, and also allow them to upload attachments. When submitted, it should create an RITM with those details and include the attachment. Has anyone implemented this setup, and what’s the best approach to achieve it securely?
