Which rule will be executed first row level ACL or field level ACL rule ?

HI All,

I am new to Servicenow ,I was going through the training and i am stuck with bellow doubts

Which rule will be executed first row level ACL or field level ACL rule ?

As per documention, Field level ACL then Table Level ACL will be executed but when i checked the Security log ,I could see that Table level ACL executed first.

In servicenow Training document quiz ..it is mentioned that table level will be checked first and then field level.
