While previewing the notification, error : Character reference " " is an invalid XML Character

Hi All,

I am facing an issue in the notifications which are being triggered on the "task_sla" table, this error is coming up whenever I am clicking the "preview notification" button : Character reference "" is an invalid XML character.

For, other notifications being set on other tables are working fine.

But, when checking in the email logs, the notifications are normally being sent as it should be.

Can anyone tell me what might be the possible case because of this is happening.

Please check any unwanted characters updated in email script.

Share screenshot of script to which notification you are facing this issue.

there aren't any unwanted characters in the script or notification. The same is working fine in the DEV instance but on TEST it isnt!

Can you remove "" from subject for ${sla} and test it
