Hi All,
I am facing an issue in the notifications which are being triggered on the "task_sla" table, this error is coming up whenever I am clicking the "preview notification" button : Character reference " " is an invalid XML character.
For, other notifications being set on other tables are working fine.
But, when checking in the email logs, the notifications are normally being sent as it should be.
Can anyone tell me what might be the possible case because of this is happening.
