while training model in predictive intelligence PDI getting state as unauthorized, training request timed out, training is cancelled

in my PDI having role as system administrator. trying to run the predictive intelligence models but the model training gets failed with active as false and state as unauthorized, training request timed out, training is cancelled.

Have a look at this thread. It's unclear if training servers are available to PDI's although some users are reporting success.
