Why are email logs missing in ServiceNow despite successful OAuth 2.0 configuration for Office 365

Hi Team,

 

We have configured the email account for one of our distribution lists (DL) using OAuth 2.0 for the Office 365 application, and the connection is successful. We have verified the username and password credentials for Office 365, and they are valid. Emails are being sent successfully from Outlook, but email logs are not appearing in ServiceNow.

 

Can any one tell what could be the reason for this ?

I believe issue is not in ServiceNow end its from MS end.
