Hi All,
Its a welcome change that leaderboards are done away and also helpful/solution hidden for all except our own stats
But help me understand :
1) I understand milestone helpful/solutions badges are hidden for reason , but why participation badges such as buildwithagent, hacktoberfest or knowledge also hidden? is there any reason for same?
2) Also under profile I can see Since also hidden. any reason for hiding it?
Just trying to understand the reasons behind it
Is there ongoing changes happening from backend or is it permanent?
Thanks and Regards

Hi @Mohammed8
I believe the honest answer is "because it's too hard". The ServiceNow Community is built on a third-party platform, Khoros, that's old, clunky, and frankly no longer fit for purpose.
As a result, the way ServiceNow has dealt with the issue of kudos-obsessed people flooding the forums with AI-slop answers has been to make sweeping but simple changes, because anything else is too complex on Khoros.
Therefore, we get the type of unintended consequences you've highlighted.
